This painting was created by Kevin during a very difficult life experience. It depicts the difficult journeys some people have to walk and the special gift of having people who walk alongside us and hold us up. The turtles here symbolise friendship; the jelly fish symbolise the surfacing and healing of painful memories. Whales are a special connection between Yuin people and our ancestors, who are traveling the journey with us. It is only through that deep sharing of our journey that we are open to the powers of healing each other, in body and in spirit.
