This painting tells the story of combining old and new ways, depicting coffee beans and flowers in old forests, with a yarning circle beside the river of life. The cassowary is a nod to the coffee beans that this piece was created for, which were grown in FNQ. It speaks of the ancient custom of sitting together and sharing stories, on sacred Country.
